What we were asked to solve.

A mid‑tier lender was closing month‑end in nine working days. Finance ran a chain of 40+ Excel files by hand, executives got numbers a week after the month closed, and every regulator request needed a fresh dig through spreadsheets.

Our approach.

We built a single warehouse consolidating their core banking, treasury, and expense systems into a clean, dimensional model. Reporting moved to a governed BI layer that finance could query without breaking anything.
